I have two smarthubs for different cameras. My older one will connect to HomeKit, but the newer one I bought will not. I have reset the new one, but did not help

I can send a token refresh to the Hub that isn't  behaving as expected. Was is the last 3 digits of the serial number for that hub?

Sent a token refresh to base ending in 25D. Please try setting up HomeKit again after rebooting the SmartHub.

I also have this problem and would like a token reset. My hub is a VMB5000. Last few of the serial number are: . 
Trying to set up from the Apple home app and it says “This device cannot be added”.
When I try it from the Arlo app it hangs up at the “connecting” screen and never completes.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
