We recently moved into a new home and he previous owners left the smart hub station and cameras. I am trying to add the smart hub as a new device in my Arlo account… I have plugged i. The Ethernet cord, the power cord and when I get to step 3… go to settings and connect Arlo to my Wi-Fi…. The Arlo Wi-Fi is asking for a password. How can I figure out this password or reset it?

The Arlo WiFi is closed - only used by the cameras, which know how to connect to it.

You don't connect your phone or PC to that network - they are just connected to your home network.

If you see the base station in the App's device list, then you are ready for the next step - which is to add the cameras to the account.

Again, you don't connect to the base/hub's WiFi - you connect it to your router via Ethernet. You then use Add Device on the Devices card to add it to your account. Is that what you're doing?
