I have tried resetting my hub and it will go blue for a short time and then go back flashing orange.  I then removed it to add it again and now I cannot get it added back in.  I have tried unplugging it and changing cables

Try holding the reset button for >15 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber. Let it reboot and then add it to your account. It coulkd have been an issue with the connection to a camera (unless it was noted as offline).
