Greetings, we have Arlo Pro 3 with Base Station with monthly subscription. The master account on other user works fine, but the shared cameras to my Arlo account (total 3) on Android are always showing offline. Also when trying to select Status on the App (don't know if it's called status since using different language, anyways bottom right corner on the App), the whole App crashes. Admin rights re-selected off and on multiple times, tried to log off and back in, tried deleting and reinstalling Arlo App but problem remains. Basically I'm only able to check recorded videos from Library but not able to stream live or do anything with the cameras. Android Oxygen 10, latest App version.
