I switched Internet providers and had not used my Arlo camera system for several months. I thought I could just reconnect my Arlo camera system. When I spoke to a representative they had to do some things on their end and now I am up and running. Thank you for responding to my inquiry.

Since a base station or SmartHub connects via Ethernet, I'm not understanding what you may be doing to get those errors. Give us all details of exactly what you've tried and what you see. Screenshots of the various actions/errors may be useful.
