See who has turned of the camera when

I want to know if it`s posible to see who has turn off the camara and when. We are some people that are useing the same system and i have seen some who don`t do it right and want to know who it`s.

Also it is posible to make a like a log to track all the changes that are made on the system?

No. I'd suggest the use of Grant Access and not applying the extra permissions. Or kick people off.
