Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra compatibility issue with app

I recently switched from an iPhone 10 max over to a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and I've noticed an issue with the app. I would get the notifications but the app itself will not open. When I click on the app, it will automatically close itself BUT the notifications will still show up. I tried 1) force closing the app and reopening it and 2) uninstalling and reinstalling the app -- after the initial login to the main page, it will work for about a bit until you tab out to do other things on the phone.

 

Please help!

Do you get an error message? Is there a setting on your device that auto closes idle apps after a period of time?

Do you get an error message?

  • No. It just closes when reopen the app in my recently used apps as well restarting a new session.
