Local storage sharing

Local storage sharing is total nonsense... Whats the point of having feature to store locally but not having the capability for authorize user to view them.

-Talking to Arlo support they recommended for my wife and myself to have different accounts

-I have account administration and can view local storage

-enable my wife authorize account, she can view live stream

-Apparently, authorize user  CAN NOT view local data

-there are few similar complains on Arlo community, they were closed under SOLVED.

Really, I spend $400 and have to go on subscription so my wife can see the data, is that the right customer management approach, to limit the capability and make it not useful for standard usage.  I would not buy Arlo if I new about this gap.

Do you guys collect customer requests for features/enhancements, I’m sure that local sharing storage is going to be high on the list.
