Our one camera does not record all events. What could be the reason? For example, out of two consecutive events, only one or neither can be recorded.

It could be due to camera positioning and/or motion sensitivity. Try reading these FAQs for suggestions:

Hi

 

This is not due to location, as it may record the second event in two consecutive events. This problem started about a couple of months ago.

If you have multiple cameras, swap them around for testing to see if it's the camera or somehow the location.
