We have had Arlo for 4 years now. Were having issues with the camera so rebooted. Received an email/text that we now had a 3 month free trial. We are already customers. We keep receiving notice that the free trial is running out and we are afraid that the camers will be disabled even though we are already customers. We have attempted for weeks now to contact someone to inquire and have been very unsuccessful in locating a #. Found an email and it was rejected. Does anyone have a form of communication for Arlo that is not a robot?

You will need to have a subscription plan post the trial expires to retain the same service.
Use the arlo web portal/ website login to access your account and purchase a subscription under settings.

This is weird - not something I've seen here before.
What camera models do you have? If you aren't sure, then open the housing and remove the battery - there is a label inside.
Also, do you have a paid subscription?
Overall -
- if you had 7-day cloud storage w/o a subscription before this happened, then you will still get this when the trial expires.
- if you had a paid subscription before this happened, then you still should have that. You can cancel the trial, and add the cameras back to your regular subscription plan.

You should have access to phone support, thx to the trial subscription. Go into the app (not the browser), and select "support". Then pick a camera in the trial, and scroll down to "contacts". You should see a phone option there.
Don't google for a phone number, that generally leads to a scam support site.
