Ok so.

I’ve deleted one of my cameras from my smarthub in an attempt to get it to work after it wasn’t connecting/charging. I figured the charging issue out.

Now I am unable to re add it to my smart hub and app.

I’ve powercycled the hub and camera.
Deleted and reinstalled the app.
I go through all the steps to add a new camera. The led blinks blue rapidly, the light turns on. Everything acts like it’s synced. BUT the app won’t acknowledge that it’s synced or that the camera exists.

Can you help? Short of nuking the entire 4 camera system and starting over I’m not sure what to do. But I’m scared to do that because what if I can’t get ANY of the cameras to connect?

SabelsFlame,

Try factory resetting the camera with these instructions: How do I factory reset my Arlo wire-free camera?

Do you still experience the same behavior?
