I have bought 2 cameras for my alarm and I can see in my app that they are added after installation but they do not record video and none of the new cameras are visible in the library. What have I missed? I have one month left on my subscription ...

Do you mean the recordings are not visible in the library? Make sure you have your rules set to record for each camera. Also make sure notifications are checked if you are not receiving them.
