7-8 days ago my Pro Smarthub went offline.
No way of getting it online again - no matter what I do.
I spent 45 minutes with support, but we did not figure it out.

I remembered I had a brand new hub not used, so I figured if my old one is broken, let's try the un-used one. Same model, same year (ish) - what I figured out is that as soon as it tries to update the firmware - it goes offline. Both my Pro SmartHub act the same way after factory reset -every time.

What did Arlo release for firmware aprox a week ago?
My entire system is down - and no way to get it back up again.
What's going on?

Just curious - who is the ISP and where are you located?

ISP is Tele2, Located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Today the base station turned up in the app, and it was a blue light on it.
But I can't add any cameras, I'm stuck in a loop where I can find the camera - add it and then there are no cameras added. And this loop continues endlessly.

I'm so ready to sell my entire system and just go with another brand.

Is a VPN is use? If so, disable it. It may be worthwhile to use Settings, Privacy Center, Delete Arlo Account as a brute force method to start fresh. Shouldn't be needed but...
