My free trial expired in December 2020! Have tried a ridiculous number of time to subscribe with an error every time. I have placed many calls and have currently 4 separate case #'s and 4 escalated conversations. Each time I speak with someone they verify that it is an ongoing issue with many others experiencing the same issue. $700 for 3 cameras that I cannot use now since the free trial expired is a horrible disappointment!!!! I am awaiting a call back this time from a supervisor yet again

unable to authorize electronic payment! I understand from the reps I have spoken to this is an ongoing issue!
