Hi I've recently brought a set of alro pro 3 cameras, I am loving them but one seems to have a fault, I have them plugged in 24/7 so get the 3 second look back, at the night the ir's stay on like they should then after the 3 seconds the spot light turns on and switches to colour night vision like it should.
One of my cameras isn't doing this early hours of the morning.
I've tested it as late as I stay awake, say 11.30 pm And it's working as it should, but if I get a recording at say 2am the night vision must drop out as the first 3 seconds of recording will be pitch black then the night vision turns on for a split second before the spot light and colour vision turns on, thus meaning my 3 second look back useless.
Hope this makes sense, I've tried turning off the camera and base.
Maybe more of a James c question?
Thanks in advance

Shaun1234,
Try swapping the location of the camera that isn't behaving as it should with one of your other cameras that is working as expected. This will help isolate if the issue is with the camera or if the location is causing an issue.
