Pro 3 live video and audio problems

I have the Pro 3 with smart hub and three cameras. Signal is showing it is great but when I use the app to pull up live video, often there will be no audio. Or, more often but even more annoying, when I select to view live, it will connect and then, just stop streaming live. I’ll push the stop button and then hit play and sometimes After a short delay it will connect again. So annoying. Super glitchy. If this is the best performance with a solid signal, I think I’ll return it. Disappointing. Any suggestions?

The symptoms you're describing indicate there could be a source of interference causing an issue with the cameras connectivity to the SmartHub. If you're SmartHub is positioned near your router, try moving it (at least 3 feet away) and test again to see if you experience better behavior.
