So its 2024 and I am having trouble with 1 of my 2 Pro 3 floodlight cams (FB1001AerH6):
- Randomly goes offline; does not record movement, cannot connect to it from the App
- this is random and can last anywhere from 5 mins to an hour
- have removed battery, restarted device from App, removed and reinstalled device in App, issue persists
- no Smart Hub set-up; running ASUS mesh routers x4; tri-band WiFi6
- this camera is less than 3 meters away from the hub router
- Firmware on affected camera: 1.080.30.3_42_3516c1d

Any wireless devices that use the 2.4GHz band near the camera? If you swap cameras around, does the issue stay with the camera or location? Is it possible the camera is switching between mesh nodes?

No, there are only exercise equipment (treadmill and elliptical) and a portable AC unit that are connected to the hub router and they use the 5GHz band. Camera is slaved to that hub mesh node.
I have another Pro 3 covering the back door. I will switch them around and report findings.
