Pro 3 CVR camera streaming issue

I have a new Pro 3 setup with one camera hooked up to CVR and powered by AC. It will only stream to my echo show for 20min or so then echo disconnects the image.
I had first thought it was a signal strength problem so added WiFi extender “Orbi” by Netgear. That helped with signal strength which is very strong now. I have the echo show and Arlo hooked to the same network to simplify things.
Still no luck.
Do I need to ensure certain ports are open on the Orbi router? Would seem to me if the image streams then stops after 20 min I don’t have a port issue.
Has anyone got this thing to work full time streaming to an echo show?
I can tell if Arlo is timing out of Echo is.

All Arlo cameras timeout after 30 minutes of live streaming. This is by design, if you wish to continue a live stream, it must be manually initiated again after 30 minutes.

I was told by Arlo support that if I had cvs associated with the camera this wouldn’t happen? I have a cvs subscription but can’t get it associated with “any” camera using the browser.

KahunaDon,
CVR allows for continuous recording on the associated camera. Once subscribed, you can click the clock icon on the camera widget to view the continuous recording. This is not the same as a live stream and cannot be viewed from your echo show.

Disappointing news. That Arlo doesn’t support constant streaming. They are missing out on an entire industry demand for security systems.
I’m on hold now with support because I don’t see any active cameras to move into the “Manage camera” section to activate my cvr subscription.
BTW I’ve tested Ring cameras with echo show and they turn on two way audio for the stream. Can’t You guys access the same API ???
