I currently are on smart premium with Arlo pro 2,recently purchased an Arlo pro 3 x2 but now not receiving smart plan for my two arlo pro 2 cameras. Also how do you eliminate animal detection, I have turned off detection but still get elerts.

When you say you aren't receiving Arlo Smart for your two Arlo Pro 2 cameras, can you describe what you are experiencing that leads you to believe those cameras are no longer benefiting from Arlo Smart? Adding additional cameras should not impact your existing cameras.
