“Please Wait” continuation when trying to purchase Premier subscription

I recently purchased the Arlo 3 pro camera and the base station that corresponds to the camera earlier today, will be here in about 2-3 days, and I’m trying to purchase the subscription so everything will be good to go when the camera arrives. However, when I access the “Subscription” page and login, I get a constant “Please Wait” message that doesn’t go away that prevents me from doing anything. I’m trying to purchase the premier subscription and I don’t know why I’m getting that long wait time message.

What client are you using that is behaving this way (web client on a PC or an Android device)? Do you have an existing subscription plan or are you upgrading from no plan?

 

If you have no devices at all, you will not be able to purchase a subscription until you've onboarded cameras eligible for a subscription plan.
