Do you have activity zones set up? Also try reposition the camera to avoid that are. You should start by reading the FAQ at the top of this forum. It has links to many different issues that may be effecting you.

If I reposition the camera, then it will not cover the area near the door and the whole thing is worthless. I tried activity zones, but they do not seem to help.
