I'm trying on behalf of my mother to reset her password but I don't receive a password reset email. I've check spam and junk folders. I did receive an email a couple of months ago, but that link has expired.

Try to delete the cache and cookies if doing it from a web page or from a different web browser. If you are doing it from the Arlo App until and reinstall the app and try to send it again and see if that helps. If not please let me know and I will create a ticket for you.
