We've owned the Arlo Pro 3 for 2.5 years.  A few months ago one of the cameras stopped charging.   Today a second camera is having the same issue.  They both appear to be charging on the app but do not go above a 3-4% charge level.  The app says they need to be recharged.   I'm pretty sure the version I have was. pulled from the market and reintroduced with many changes.  We have the charger that attaches magnetically.  Is there a solution for this?

Thanks for any help.

Not the Pro 3.  The Ultra was pulled for a couple of months - that was due to firmware, not the hardware.

It's not clear if these are battery issues or camera issues.  If you swap the battery with a third camera, does the battery charge normally in the third camera?

Also, if you remove the battery for about 10 minutes, and then re-insert it, does anything change?

I'll try those suggestions.  The cameras do respond to being connected to charger - lights flash, etc.  The battery just doesn't get charged.

Thanks.
