Not getting notifications

How do I get my notifications to start alerting me again?  A week ago all alerts stopped sending to my wife's phone and mine. I made sure push notifications were turned on as well as, took the battery out of the camera for 10 seconds then reinserted the battery and it's still isn't working. How do I get my alerts?
