No longer get previews with push notifications

I have had 5 pro 2 cams for a almost 2 years. Recently bought four pro three cameras and updated to the business plan . Same time had to do a forced update . Now I get no preview with push notifications

While business plans allow more than 5 cameras to be active on your account, they do not include Arlo Smart features. Rich notifications (image preview) are part of Arlo Smart and require an Arlo Smart subscription.

So now after spending nearly $700.00 for additional Arlo cameras ,and paying approximately 25% more for monthly monitoring I get half the record time and no
smart features. .... that seems unreal.
