						I have had the Arlo 3 with the CVR for a few months now, today all the sudden I can't access the time line and was prompted to subscribe even tho the app shows I have an active subscription. Tech support confirmed my subscription is active and then told me I need to contact tech support? Rep was unintelligible and asked me to spell my email and name over and over again, I was placed on hold for over an hour then hung up on. I then received an email saying the problem is resolved. Further inquiries were ignored. Filling a dispute with my CC right now for the subscription fee, services not rendered.
