Hi
I have been unable to access the local recordings on my VMB4540 smarthub since the 3rd of April.
I won’t say what I think of Arlos useless helpbot!
does anyone have anyIdeas?

What have you tried so far?
Also, what error are you getting?
Does your app give you a menu option for "Library"? Or does it give you a menu option for "Dashboard" and "Feed" instead?

I have a similar issue. I bought a doorbell a year ago and the 1 year trial expired earlier this week. Since then I have not been able to see any recordings. I have a USB in the base station but can't access the recordings.

Is this with a VMB4540 smarthub? If not, what base do you have?
If you aren't sure, there is a VMBxxxx label on the base.

Then your base doesn't support the direct access to local storage feature.
The only way to see local recordings with your base is to
- eject the storage
- connect the storage to a PC
- browse the storage, looking for the recordings.
