New iphone

I had arlo connected to my iphone xr.   Today i got a new iphone 11 and when i start arlo i need to login.  When i do, it says, do not reckognize this device.  I then choose verify otherwise and choose : send push notification to ipad (which is also connected to my arlo).   Screen on phone says, this screen will disappear when verified.   But nothing happens.

 

anybody got any ideas…?

Thanks.  I finally found a number for helpdesk and they helped me to solve the problem
