We got new internet provider & new modem, password, etc. We cannot get the cameras to sync back up. To reset, we hold in camera reset button until blinking blue, scan camera with QR code on phone & after waiting a bit, we get a red “x” that says our camera can’t be found. Any suggestions?

Did you remove the cameras from your account first?
Also, are the cameras directly connected to your wifi? Or do you have a base/smarthub

For future reference, the easiest path here is to configure the new router/gateway to use the same wifi network name and password as the old router/gateway. Then all your devices will just connect without you needing to change their setups.
