When there is a power failure and once the power returns the base station reboots but several cameras appear offline. Before the new Arlo Secure version 4.12 released on 2/9/24 I could restart my base station remotely from my cellphone or iPad but I cannot find how to remotely restart the base station. Is there a way to reboot the base station remotely? Camera hardware H7, Fireware 1.5.295

This works with my hubs (though they are not VMB3000s):
- Navigate to the devices screen
- press the base station - this should bring up settings
- press the > next to the base station graphic/name
You should then see "Restart" at the bottom of the page (right above "Remove Device").

The older base stations had a race condition after a power outage where the base became ready before the router, leading to this sort of issue. Rebooting the router and base, in that order (or just the base) fixed the issue. It's possible that firmware updates provided a fix for this but I never heard of that happening. Use of a WiFi switch that the base plugs into allows you to reboot the base from afar but otherwise someone will have to pull the plug for you to reboot it.
If you can see the base in your account and reboot it as above, that should fix it, too, but my suspicion is that won't be available.
