Need help accessing family account

Hello all,
A family member recently passed away. I need help accessing their account so I can continue the subscription. I have a limited access account in which I can’t make any changes.

To make changes to the subscription, you will need access to the primary account. Do you have access to the credentials and mobile device they used to log in to the primary account?
