My Pro 3 camera tells me when motion is detected but the video does not show up in the library. How

I deleted the camera and set it up again but still no videos. My other 3 cameras work fine. Somehow my fourth camera got lost. Help

Not sure what model your other cams are but is the pro3 on an active subscription?
