Hello

I've moved house and connected my smart hub to my new router with the ethernet cable.
It shows a solid orange initially, then a solid blue briefly, and then flashes orange permanently.

It appears offline in my app. I cannot connect to it. I cannot add it either. I've tried restarting/powering.

Help!

Thanks

Mary

The new router probably has a setting that's blocking access to the servers. Is it your router or the ISP's? If yours, try resetting it by holding the reset button until the LEDs start flashing. Of course, you'll have to set things up again if you've made any changes. If it's the ISP's, you'll have to get them fix things. A reset could work but some ISPs have been known to have settings that require them to open ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.com to allow access.
