Unfortunately you can't - they don't sell these separately.

This is disappointing, as I have a Pro 3 Floodlight cam that the plastic mount cracked and will not hold the cam in place. I have taken it out of service. If Arlo offered a replacement mount available to purchase, I would buy it, put cam back in service.
