I have a Pro3 on the monthly smart plan and CVR. I also have a Pro2 on CVR as well. I wanted to modify the subscription to take the Pro3 off CVR but keep it on the smart plan. I also want to keep the Pro2 on CVR. I went on my PC to make this subscription change but I can't seem to make the desired selection with the format presented. It appears as though I have to delete all 3 of my subscriptions and start over by adding back the 2 (1 smart plan and 1 CVR plan) that I want to keep. Is this correct?

Arlo used to let you change cameras with a CVR subscription, but now you need to cancel the current CVR and get a new subscription for the desired camera.
You shouldn't need to do anything with the smart subscription, you can move cameras in/out of that plan with manage cameras.

Thanks for the reply. When ready I will hit the "cancel subscription" in red letters. I assume this will wipe out the CVR for the 2 cameras but hopefully keep the smart subsciption on the Pro3? I will add back whatever I need after I hit cancel I guess. Wonder how the billing will work out? Or not.
I get that Arlo had to move into subscriptions. No objection here. But come on guys, make it easy. One of the last steps with a connectivity issue is to delete the camera and re-add it to the account. This should not wipe out a current subscription plan when following the last step of a reset procedure. Same thing if you delete a base station by accident on the app (I did it in fat finger stupid moment when trying to reboot the base). It seems like Arlo has been updating the business plan while not updating the App or web interface properly along with it. And don't get me started if you have a billing issue. Help in that department doesn't exist.

I just went into full upgrade mode and bought a 4 camera kit Ultra 2 system direct from Arlo. First question. The picture of the kit on the website with the advertised price shows that the 4 camera Ultra kit comes with 2 base stations. I noticed after the fact it doesn’t specifically say that under “what’s in the box.” Will it show up with 2 base stations or not? I plan to retire my 6 year old VMB 4000 base as I’m having doubts about how well it is performing these days. A second hub in my case is probably a good idea anyway. I would assume the 4 kit comes with 2 base stations because you could buy 2 of the 2 camera kits for the exact same total price.
Next. I currently have 2 cameras (a Pro3 and Pro2) on CVR. If I decide to continue with CVR, I will likely put 2 of the new Ultras on it. I assume that this still requires canceling the CVR plans and re-subscribing as opposed to directly transferring. Especially since everything is going to new smarthub base station(s). I also have for now the one camera Arlo secure subscription on the Pro3. Will this transfer when I delete the Pro3 from my current base station to the new one? I noticed a while back that shuffling the deck when it comes to subscriptions was a problem.
It’s funny how getting stuck next to whacky neighbors that trespass and damage your property make you much less price sensitive when it comes to security cameras! That’s another story. Thanks for the help.
