Model# VMS4440B battery won't hold charge. Tried updating firmware but no option to update.

1 of the cameras wont hold a charge, how can i fix it. i tried to update firmware but no option to update. So im assuming its updated.  any recommendations?

If you swap batteries with another camera, does the problem move with the battery?

If not, if you swap the camera with one in another location, does the problem move with the camera?
