Moblie device not finding Arlo camera

My husband set up our Arlo camera system so it connected to his phone right away. He sent me an email invite to share camera access. I have an account and the app and when I try and get access to the camera footage and connect to our cameras, it says something along the lines of “no Arlo device detected” with an big red X. Not sure what else to do, I’ve restarted my iPhone already.

You may have better luck using the arlo web portal with a pc browser rather than the mobile app to accept the invite.

Also, be sure you're clicking on the emailed link which is needed to accept the invitation successfully.

That would be the "Create Account" link.  On a PC that will open your browser to my.arlo.com.  If you already have an account, you just log in.
