Locked out of library once again - cannot get past ad on iPhone - library does not show up on PC.

They did this to us once before with a software update.

On my iPhone the library shows an ad to purchase storage.   You cannot get rid of it.

On the PC it clears when you say no thanks, but the library doesn't load

UPDATE

Fixed the problem by unpluging base station, waiting a couple of minutes, and plugging it back in.

Very frustrating missed a couple of days of recordings, but it is working again.
