I’m not seeing any feeds and I don’t see Cloud/Local options at top of feed screen. Was working yesterday although there have been intermittent issues since release of new app. I’m on the latest version. Logged out and back in several times. Still getting ‘There are no events for this day.’ and not seeing yesterday’s events

Are you seeing recordings when you
- go to the devices screen
- select your base
- select storage settings?

You should of course see the Cloud and Local options in the Feed. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (no need to uninstall/reinstall cameras or smarthubs). But you could also just go into storage settings for a while, and see if Arlo fixes the issue with an app update.

Thank you. I tried uninstall/reinstall. No luck.
Appreciate the workaround. Hopefully they will fix the bug soon.

FWIW, I find that the first time I go to Feed the option to choose local recording is frequently not there. Simply going to any other page (Dashboard, etc.) and then back to Feed then displays properly.

Can you make sure Local Network is ON for the Arlo app in the iOS settings. If you are still experiencing this, can you provide a screenshot of the screen with missing option.

It seems to be working most of the time. It's very slow to load. It can take a minute or two to get the cloud/local options.

Mine isn't working. I've reported that in a separate thread but hasn't been acknowledged. I can see recordings if I go to devices and then SmartHub and then local storage, but they're not showing in the local tab in feed.

Working here with a subscription. Is this in both Feed as well as Storage Settings in the hub's settings?

Without the subscription, it does not work on local recording. I do not understand what is your question below setting. It works from 4/7, 4/8, 4/9, 4/10, 4/11. Broke 4/11 evening and 4/12 and as of today.

I already said that without subscription, it does not work local recording. You're selling a HUB product that is suppposely working on local recording.

Not us. This is a user-to-user forum, and neither @jguerdat nor I work for Arlo.

There are two ways to get to the local recordings.
- go to the feed page, and then select "local".
- go to the devices page, select the base station, and then select storage settings.
Lots of folks have found that the second way works then the first fails. @jguerdat is asking you to try both.

yes, i already had this setting. It does not work. It looks like Arlo disable this local recording feature and force customer do the subscription.

What are you seeing when you navigate to that page? Are you getting an error of some kind?

@jguerdat says it is working without a subscription for him.

I got an issue to get to my local feeds. I have insert sdcard in all three of my smart hub, format it. But i can't connect to the local feed on my phone neither my PC. It worked before but now after a month i do not work. I tried now to format again and now it was telling me that Arlo is working with this problem. I can send you some picture if you would like. Thanks for helping me.

You can't use a computer to view local recordings - just the app and only if using a VMB4540 or 5000.
Can you see the recordings on the card if you safely eject it and view on a computer? WHat size is the card? It must be at least 16GB. Which interface are you using - the old one that uses Library to view recordings or the new one that uses Feed? The app is the same for both.

This is what I got: https://www.kjell.com/se/produkter/sakerhet-overvakning/kameraovervakning/overvakningskameror/natver...
https://www.netonnet.se/art/dator-surfplatta/datortillbehor/lagring/minneskort/kingston-canvselect-p...
Using the new one that uses Feed. When i go to the Feed and then press Local it says "There was an issue loading feed event".
