My base station library keeps giving me a message:

 "There was an error obtaining your library.  Arlo team is working on this issue" Then below that message it says  "TRY AGAIN"

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried logging in and out of the account? Also, please uninstall and reinstall the app. You can also re-start the basestation and see if that helps resolve the behavior you are seeing.
