Pro 3 Camera installed and activity zone created. Still receiving notifications for motion (vehicles) outside zone. Then eliminated activity zone and removed vehicles and other motion from the camera, but still receiving notifications. Tried contacting Arlo support but was not provided with info to resolve issue.

WHat are the notifications showing - motion or vehicles? Reflections from cars can cause this since the sun's IR is very strong and can be reflected by the car and then off something inside your zone. The description in the notification may be a clue. FWIW, I've had to not only use a zone but also reduce motion sensitivity in my modes and rules to minimize false triggers.

Hello - I just bought a 3 pack with smart hub Pro 3 last Tuesday so it's been 7 days. Very frustrating with 1 call to support now and needing to call again. Activity zones setup to only trigger a couple feet inside my sidewalk which is probably 20 feet from any vehicle yet get cars everytime they go by. Sometimes they are tagged as vehicle and sometimes just motion. Support said to remove triggers except person and animal that might fix it. My thought on that was why bother with cameras then.
They suggested removing zones and putting them back in and reducing percentage which I did. Then remove battery and put battery back in I guess to reset. Still getting triggers quite a ways outside activity zones. Seems like lots of posts in here about activity zones and issues. Some have said your cams have to be hooked to ac power which also seems odd but other say no. I guess it seems like there are some real inconsidencies as to what people are seeing, if things are working or not or how well. I can play around a while longer but I won't lose the opportunity to return them either.
Support mentioned returning one camera at a time to see if a new cam helps but that will just delay things to where I won't be able to take back to the store. Excited if anyone has better or more updated suggestions. I have a case open but not sure I'm really going to get anywhere or not but tonight will be another call to them.
Thanks so much.
