Is it possible to just buy one Pro 3 camera and a hub?

I'd like to buy just one camera and a hub, but the packs offered by Arlo have a minimum of two cameras.

if I just buy one "add on" camera can it work with a hub?

Yes you can buy an add on cam. I did that and works with the Hub. If Arlo is out of it Amazon has it and probably others.
