Do you mean cloud storage?  If so, it is not free for the Pro 3, you need a subscription.

As long as you purchase an ongoing subscription plan.

Camera models, pro2 or earlier came with a free 7days cloud library entitlement.

All models after get a trial subscription for a duration which expires and then requires a paid subscription.

Some opt out and use direct local storage access with the 4540 or 5000 base station but with limited features.
