Have them click on the "create account" on a PC.  That will open a browser to my.arlo.com.  Then they just log into their usual account.  At that point they should see your shared cameras (as well as their own).

Note they HAVE to click on the "create account" link.  There's a token in URL that is needed to complete the invitation process.
