Hi everyone,
I have an Arlo Pro 3 system with SmartHub VMB4540. Starting recently, I can no longer stream live video from any camera.
Recordings upload fine
Notifications arrive
But live view times out in the Arlo Secure app and on my arlo com
What I’ve tried already:
Verified firmware is up to date (SmartHub + cameras)
Reset SmartHub and cameras
Tested on multiple devices (iPhone + laptop browser)
Tested on both Bell Wi-Fi and LTE hotspot → fails on both
Enabled UPnP, disabled SIP ALG
Manually created port forwarding rules for the hub (TCP 80/443, UDP 123/3478/3479/7070)
Even created a new Arlo account and re-added devices
Nothing has fixed it.
Question:
Is anyone else in Canada (or elsewhere) seeing the same problem with live view?
Could this be related to a recent firmware update or Arlo server issue?
Any known workarounds besides waiting for a patch?
Thanks in advance — trying to confirm if this is just me, or if it’s a broader Arlo issue.

Are you still experiencing this symptom? Are you able to stream at all? It sounds like you are by what you described here "But live view times out in the Arlo Secure app and on my.arlo.com".
How long does it take until the stream times out?

Just FYI - I have an Arlo Pro 3 floodlight connected to a VMB4540r2 hub and am in the USA. My floodlight's 2K live streaming is still working correctly in the Arlo Secure app and my.arlo.com website.
- My hub has firmware 1.27.0.0_1931_03495c2, my floodlight has firmware 1.080.31.88_3_591a023 (may still be overridden to correct this other floodlight issue).
- My hub is set to Record Locally but has Direct Storage Access disabled (no port forwarding).
