How do I open ports 8o, 123 or 443?

No joy setting up Arlo. Support tells me that my ports are closed. How does one open ports on Netgear?

Need details. You open ports on your router, not anything with Arlo. WHat router do you have and who owns it? Have you tried turning off the router and base/hub and then back on, in that order?
