Hi,

I am having persistent HomeKit issues with my Arlo setup and I am hoping someone from Arlo can help check/reset the HomeKit token/state for my base station.

Setup:
- 3 Arlo Pro cameras
- Base station: VMB4540r2
- Firmware: 1.30.0.0_1950_a99cbf6

Problem:
- Cameras work perfectly in the Arlo app
- Live streaming in the Arlo app is fast and stable
- In Apple Home/HomeKit the cameras are extremely unstable

Symptoms in HomeKit:
- Cameras show “No Response”
- Live stream eventually opens, but only after a very long delay. Most of the time I get ‘No Response’
- Camera thumbnails/snapshots do not refresh
- iPhone/iPad sometimes work after waiting
- macOS usually fails completely with “No Response”

Troubleshooting already performed:
- Removed and re-added the HomeKit bridge from both the Arlo app and Apple Home
- Restarted all Apple TVs and HomePods
- Restarted the base station
- Restarted network equipment
- Verified all devices are on the same subnet/network
- Tested with IGMP Snooping disabled
- No VPN involved
- Firmware fully updated

Since the Arlo app works perfectly, this seems specifically related to HomeKit integration.

I have seen other reports mentioning that Arlo support can sometimes reset the HomeKit token/state for the base station on the backend.

Could someone from Arlo please check whether my VMB4540r2 may need a HomeKit token reset?

Thank you.

Can you please dm me the email address associated with the Arlo account. I will reset the token as soon as I receive that information. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
