My system would not appear in Homekit so I decided to remove all devices and reinstall from scratch. When I install and start the base, the light goes Blue but it will not add as a new device in the secure app. So I have lost all cameras, doorbell, chime etc. I have reset the base several times, any ideas how to get this working again? Thanks.

Self solved. NordVPN on my phone seemed to be blocking app access
