Hi all,

It has been a month since my Arlo Pro 3 base station is offline. The product is around 4 years old. It keeps blinking yellow light. I tried changing the network cable, restarted it several times, connected it to a different router and also did a factory reset. It is not coming back online. Any suggestions?

Thanks

When you reset the hub, did you hold the button for >15 seconds until the LED changed its operation and blinked amber, followed by blue at any point as it rebooted? You might want to check the voltage of the power supply to verify that it's 12 volts DC.

Hi,

I had tried it and I did it again just now. It did turn blue for a few seconds and then, it is blinking yellow again. It is not online. Any other ideas?

Thanks

That tends to imply that the hub isn't connecting to the servers which could be an ISP issue (did the separate network you also tried use the same ISP or a different one?) or a faulty hub. Does the router's connected devices show the hub as having an IP address?

Hi,

I got in touch with the customer support. I moved the base hub to another wifi router and did another factory reset. It worked. The original router to which  it was connected is also operative. It has the ip address. I am not sure why switching the router made it work. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

Thanks and Regards
