I tried to change my email in December. I don’t know if that ever went through but regardless both emails are not allowing me to reset my password. Every time that I click the send me the password reset link I never get the email and it’s also not in my junk. I pay for a monthly subscription and at this point I’m looking to cancel because there’s no way I can even contact somebody to help me resolve this. I also can’t log into my account to cancel so I’m not sure what to do except stop payments on my credit, credit card.

Have you tried using the SMS/text notification instead? When presented with the screen to send the code, use the link just underneath to change how to send it.
